The Clearwater Process
First call
We will answer your questions and be prompt and helpful in every way. If your home needs an inspection for damage, we’ll schedule that quickly. If you would like a consultation on a new roofing, siding, windows or remodeling project, we will have one of our trusted team members in touch with you within one business day.
In Home or Virtual Consultation
When we come to your home, we know it’s your safe place. We promise to be respectful, clean, and informative. If possible, we’ll give you an estimate on site, and will give you as much information as we possibly can to start your project with the tools you need to get what you want.
Product selection
In some cases, you may pick out your products during our consultation. Perhaps you know exactly what you’re looking for when we show up. If not, we’ll guide you through product selection to best fit your budget and needs. This may be over the phone and through email, or could involve you walking through a show room and finding colors and materials you love. Your time is important and we’ll make sure to work with you how you need us to.
Installation
Clearwater technicians and installers will arrive when scheduled, and will communicate clearly with you to make sure you are comfortable. We will be transparent about everything we do, and keep our work area – your home – as clean as we can in the process. Construction projects may not always be simple or straight forward, but we will do everything possible to make it unobtrusive to your daily life.
Clean up
Our philosophy in construction is the same as when we go camping: we will leave it better than we found it. No contractor should leave behind a mess for you to clean up, and we’ll make certain that your home is clean and beautiful before we go.
Final Inspection
Some contractors are happy to take a check and walk away before you’ve had the chance to go over the work. At Clearwater, we believe that your happiness is our reputation, and we want to make sure that you not only have what you asked for, but are excited to show it off. We will walk through the job with you at completion to assure you are thrilled before we collect the final payment.
