What I enjoy most about helping clients is building genuine trust and creating a positive experience from start to finish. Working on the office side has shown me how important communication, organization, and attention to detail are in keeping projects running smoothly and making the process as stress-free as possible for homeowners.

I enjoy being someone clients can rely on for updates, answers, and support throughout the process. Remodeling projects can feel overwhelming, so I take
pride in helping homeowners feel informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way.

A big part of my role is keeping everything organized behind the scenes. I maintain detailed project files, document communication and updates, help with
permitting, and make sure important information stays accurate and properly tracked so projects continue moving forward efficiently. I enjoy helping keep both the administrative and financial side of projects aligned so the team can operate smoothly and clients have the best experience possible.

I genuinely love being part of this team and this company. I’ve never experienced anything quite like Clearwater — they’ve truly set the standard high when it comes to communication, processes, and customer experience. The people and energy here make it something special to be a part of.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors. During the summer, you can usually find me hiking, biking, camping, paddleboarding, going to concerts, or
spending time outside with my family. Most importantly, I love spending time with my husband, our toddler son, and our two boxers — they definitely keep life fun, busy, and full of energy.

At the end of the day, what matters most to me is knowing I get to help create positive experiences, build relationships, and make people feel supported.

I had new windows installed. I can now look out the living room window without the middle beam dividing it in two separate windows.
