Why replace siding?

The exterior of your home can be easy to overlook.  Sure, you see it every day when you drive home, but after that brief glimpse (if you really take the time to even do that) you sit comfortably inside for 95% of the time you spend there. But that sidinng, along with your roof and windows are protecting everything you love in your home, as well as it’s infrastructure. If moisture, critters, or other bad elements can get into that infrastructure it can be very costly.

Choosing the proper siding can:
Make your home more efficient
Improve your home’s ability to maintain a comfortable temperature
Increase the curb appeal and market value of your home
Make your neighbors jealous

There are thousand siding choices you could make when choosing what kind of siding you want to go with, but we prefer to narrow down choices to two major categories that make up 99% of the market: Engineered Wood and Fiber Cement. We can absolutely get you more unique options, but for the majority of homes these two categories are where you will get the best look and feel for your style.

Engineered Wood

In Engineered wood siding, our preferred choice is Truwood.  Truwood is a Manufactured by Collins product which has been a family owned business since 1855, and has been continuously creating quality home products for generations. Not do they build quality products, but they also offer a large variety from the value driven to the elegant.

We encourage you to check out their Home Visualizer where you can either use one of their example homes or upload a picture of your own house and try out different siding options!
